What is this thing that kung-fu people plastic on and it kind looks like a hanger of some sort?

its a wooden thats stands and there a few poles and they practice on those poles??? I would Appreciate the help :)|||it%26#039;s known usually as a %26quot;wing chun%26quot; dummy, although I forget the actual name. It%26#039;s used to work on trapping/blocking skills, as well as conditioning of the hands/forearms/shins etc
