ive been studing a little shaolin kung fu latley and i whant to know how the stifu or master gets his perfect body so what kind of workouts do they use|||gay ones|||As many and as varied as you are going to get answers on here. Ask your sifu, I am sure he will tell you.|||1) Forms = the forms that you have been training, but with step by step precision, each stance and movement perfected.
2) Conditioning = holding their horse stances for 30 minutes to build their calve muscles, doing squats, pushups etc.
It%26#039;s really a mixture of everything, but also a lot of time commitment. They really focus on strengthening their movements and there are alot of repetitive motions involved.|||they do stuff like whatever you have done. forms and everything i guess. i think when they get more advanced, they work a lot on qigong or chi work. its pretty crazy.
i dont think there%26#039;s a secret special incredibly effective work out. the secret is consistency.|||Tae Bo
